Delhi-Agra on National Highway No.2 is 204 km from Delhi. The route is via
Faridabad, Mathura (birth place of Lord Krishna), Sikandra and takes 4 hours
by car. Midway restaurants with good facilities are available.
Delhi-Agra is well connected with train as well. Tourist Train Shatabdi
Express leaves Delhi every morning at 0600 hours from New Delhi Railway
Station and arrives in Agra at 0800 hours. On return, the train leaves at
2018 hours and reaches Delhi at 2300 hours. Train is fully airconditioned.

Taj
Express leaves Nizamuddin Railway Station in New Delhi at 0715 hours and
arrives in Agra at 0947 hours. On return, train leaves Agra at 1835 hours
and reaches Nizamuddin Railway Station at 2205 hours. The train has one
compartment with 50 seats in airconditioned class and the balance in
non-airconditioned Class.
Delhi-Agra-Delhi is linked on air route by Indian Airlines flight which
opeates on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.
